Our work on JYN

At our UX/UI Design Studio, we're thrilled to unveil our latest creation: the JYN app, a revolutionary platform that seamlessly connects users with a wide range of home services, including cleaning, plumbing, gardening, and massage, among others. Designed with both service providers and clients in mind, JYN stands as a testament to our commitment to innovative, user-centered design. Throughout the design process, we engaged closely with our client and the end users, ensuring that every feature and interface element was crafted to meet their needs and preferences.

Balancing the complexity of the backend CMS with the simplicity needed for the frontend user experience required meticulous planning and execution.

Registration Flow

The registration process for JYN is designed to be as smooth and straightforward as possible, welcoming users into the ecosystem with just a few steps.
Users start by entering their basic information, such as name, email, and password, ensuring a quick setup.
Next, a verification step is implemented via email or SMS to enhance security and confirm the user's identity.
Users are then guided to select their role: either as a service provider or a client, tailoring the subsequent experience to their specific needs.
For service providers, additional details related to their services, qualifications, and rates are requested, ensuring a trustworthy platform for clients.

Ordering services with JYN offers a seamless experience through a user-friendly interface where customers select needed services like cleaning or massage from an organized app layout. The platform showcases available providers with detailed ratings, reviews, and pricing to help users make informed decisions. Customization options for service details such as date, time, and specific instructions are available, alongside a transparent pricing model with discount and promotional code applications. Secure payment methods including credit card, PayPal, or in-app wallet enhance convenience, while real-time notifications and post-service rating opportunities further contribute to a trustworthy and satisfactory user journey. This efficient and intuitive order process not only improves user satisfaction but also builds loyalty to the JYN platform.

The CMS System

The backbone of the JYN app is its powerful yet adaptive CMS system, designed to manage a vast array of content and user interactions dynamically.
